岗位职责：1. Perform product definition and development of AC/DC LED Driver 〔20W~100W） after investigating the requirements of end customers and studying the products of competitors
2. Control the schedule and performance of new LED driver, and lead the team for professional power module designing.
3. Prepare the specification, BOM and evaluation report with ISO requirements.
4. Support and achieve design-win of the key projects with sales together.
职位要求：1. 3~5 years working experience in system designing of AC-DC lighting or switching mode power supply
2. Familiar with Fly-back AC-DC design, as how to calculate transformer, design filter to resolve EMI and EMC issue, enhance t.
2. MSEE and M.S. degree of power electronics is preferred
3. A keen understanding of switching power system and topologies, e.g. flyback, forward, PFC converter, etc.
4. Familiar with PCB layout software and simulation tools, e.g. Protel, Pads and Pspice
5. Good written and spoken English
6. Good team work and self-motivated
