岗位职责：
1、参与激光器产品的研发工作，负责产品的设计、验证及测试。
2、负责研究各应用市场技术和产品的变化和发展。

5、参与NPI产品的导入和标准化工作。

职位要求：
1、激光、光学工程、光电子技术科学、光信息科学与技术等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
2、有固体激光器、光通讯、LED照明或DPSS领域的研发设计工作经验者优先，应届毕业生亦可。
3、CET-6。
4、熟悉产品设计的相关软件。
5、具有良好的沟通表达能力、计划能力和执行能力。
6、工作认真负责，注重细节。

4、 具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力，具有良好的团队协作精神；
5、 学习能力强，有挑战精神；
6、英语听说读写能力俱佳。
1. Bachelor Degree with more than two year working experience in sales or product service position；
2. Master Degree with major in Physics, Optics, Applied Physics, EE or other related engineering degree,
3. Have rough understanding about Photonics market, especially in Laser markets；
4. Strong communication abilities with customer and colleagues；
5. Aggressive personality, open-minded character and team-working spirit；
6. Fluent oral and writing ability in English.
