2010年5月26日专利授权公司Bluestone Innovations Texas LLC于德州东部法院接连提出两件讼案，控告全球LED大厂欧司朗（OSRAM）、日亚（Nichia）等多家厂商，侵犯其专利权，提请禁止令及损害赔偿。
　　第一件讼案：
　　指控被告OSRAM为首的公司及美国分公司OSRAM Sylvania,还有位于爱达荷州的车用超高亮度LED芯片制造商SemiLEDs （为台湾厂商旭明光电SemiLEDs之子公司）。涉及专利侵权US6,448,102,包括有OSRSM生产的LED半导体芯片模块G6SG,其中US6,448,102移转自XEROX CORPORATION.
　　第二件讼案：
　　指控被告台湾LED厂商晶电、璨圆、广镓、泰谷光电，还有，日本LED厂商Nichia 、Showa Denko、Toyoda Gosei所生产的InGaN LED芯片设计和制造技术侵权，其中US6,163,557亦移转自XEROX CORPORATION.
