Sr. Application Engineer-Optical 高级应用工程师-光学
Job Description:
1. Responsible for optical design, simulation and measurement with professional software and equipments
2. Responsible for customer interaction and technical customer support of cross-technology products like Halogen, HID, LED
3. Support of marketing and R&D with optical experience
4. Responsible for customer project design and tecday or seminar of technical and products review
5. Internal of OSRAM contact: SSL R&D dept./ SP AE dept./ E R&D dept./ S&M dept./ TCS dept./ Marketing dept.
6. External contact: AM Suppliers/ AM Customers
7. Customer interaction and technical customer support of cross-technology products like Halogen, HID, LED
8. Optical design using state-of-the-art simulation and CAD software
9. Support of marketing and R&D with optical experience
10. Perform measurement on optical systems like automotive headlamps
Job Requirement:
1. Major in Optics or Physics, Bachelor degree or above. Knowledge on automotive lighting optical design with Lucid shape or ASAP, CAD design with CATIA or UG;
2. Project management and customer service knowledge is preferred
3. Fluent English, good team worker,
4. 3 to 5 years related experience, dependent on university degree
5. Experienced in customer service or project management is preferred
6. To be an expert in automotive lighting system design for customer support
7. Creativity, Ability to Analyze, Ability to Learn, Customer Focus, Team Skills, Communication Skills
R&D Engineer (LED modules and LED drivers) 模块和驱动
Job Description:
1. Development of LED modules and LED drivers for Automotive applications.
2. Modification, update and cost reduction of existing （现有）designs.
3. Product introduction to production, at external（外部） or OSRAM manufacturing services.
4. Responsible for product design from product idea to factory introduction
5. Coordination（协调）of internal and external services (layout, samples, tools, production)
6. Ensure design quality, ensure time schedules
7.Cooperation with other OSRAM R&D engineers, production engineers, field application engineers, marketing
Responsibilities in detail
-- Develop products in line with international standards and with company internal quality and performance standards and guidelines
-- Modify and qualify product software parameters
-- work on benchmark and reverse engineering projects
-- Perform application tests to qualify new developments
-- Work on cost effective solutions
-- Ensure project time schedules
-- Support PCB layout design
-- Support design and construction of tools for specific mechanical parts
-- Support design and construction of tools for specific optical parts
-- Perform calculations and/or simulations if required
-- Collaborate with the component group to prepare component specifications
-- Prepare product documentation and test procedures
-- Test engineering and pilot production samples
-- Prepare test reports
-- Support approvals at test institutions
-- Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems
-- Support production by selecting test equipment and data analysis
-- Observe safety rules in the working environment
-- Generate intellectual property on inventions
Job Requirement:
1. University degree in electrical engineering, physics, mechanical or thermal engineering.
2. 2-3years' experience in electronics, power electronics, switch mode power supplies, preferably in LED driver and module development
3. PCB layout
4. Familiar with industrial mass production of electronics
5. Knowledge of test and measurement of electronic circuits
6. Microcontroller software development
7. Good computer skill, computer programming (C, Visual Studio.NET)
8 .Good communication and teamwork
9. Good knowledge of English language
Autolamp Application Thermal engineer 车灯应用热学工程师
Job Description:
1. perform thermal measurements on prototypes (履行热量测量)
2. determine thermal performance characteristics （决定热量性能特征）
3. perform thermal simulation on heat management systems （热量模拟）
4. support design-in of LED systems and understand customer requirements
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in physics, material science or other related fields;
2. At least 3 years experience with thermal simulation software
3. Knowledge of different cooling methods (active/passive systems) and technologies (fan, heat pipe, etc)
4. Experience with CAD software (Solid works, Catia, etc.) for setting up thermal models
5. Automotive background preferred
6. Fluent in English
