职位要求--岗位职责：
1.对订单进行成本核算，提供商务报表及部门销售业绩的统计、查询、管理；
2.作为部门对内对外的协助窗口，做好备货、出货、发票应收等工作的跟进协调；
3.ERP销货单据的键入作业，部门客户资料、合同等资料的整理和归档管理；
4.对已生效合同跟进备货出货情况，并监督合同的执行情况；
5.协助配合财务部门做好销货账款单据的核对，提供相关报表统计、查询、管理，到期应收账款及时提醒业务跟收；
6.业务周报表、周会会议记录整理及提交；
7.接待客户日常来访，来电，来函等咨询服务，及时向相关人员沟通反馈情况，为销售部提供后勤服务。
8.配合公司其它部门积极开展工作，协助公司做好售后服务工作，完成其他日常临时交办的工作。
