职位要求--1、大专以上学历，电子相关专业或经济学管理类专业毕业，和LED领域密切相关专业优先。
2、有至少１年以上大中型企业LED背光源＼模组＼灯饰设计工作经验者；
3、熟悉LED行业生产、工艺、品质要求与相关流程，有LED背光源及封装的研发、制造相关经验，了解LED性能和测试方法；
４、能熟练操作AutoCAD及PROLE等设计软件；
５、较强的沟通能力、承压能力及独立处理问题的能力；
