职位要求--Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Responsible of mechanical design of SSL products, including LED lighting fixtures and lighting sources; preferred with outdoor lighting product experience;

2. Work on design drawings of mechanical parts. Set up and update the LOM and BOM of the development product. Tracking tooling progress and sample preparation. Technical document management.

3. Follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering department to solve mechanical related process issues.

4. Ensure the design performance, cost and schedule target are fulfilled；
确保开发项目达到预设的整体性能，成本和时间目标；
5. Benchmark new mechanical solutions from competition and suppliers;

Qualifications任职资格：
1. Major in Mechanical, college or above degree. Good understanding in Mechanics of material, process, tooling and finishing;
机械或机电专业，本科以上学历。良好的机械设计基础知识。
2. 3~5 years’ experience in mechanical design, experience in lighting industry, experience in foreign company will be a plus;
3到5年以上机械设计经验；照明行业背景，外资工作背景优先；
3. Experience in CAD software and 3D design tools like Solidworks;

4. English reading & writing is a must; preferred with good English speaking;
