Key Responsibilities:
Draws and implements the corporate technology development strategy
Optimizes the technical resources to develop new products and technologies
Works with operations to prepare and execute engineer project plans leading to cost effective, high quality and high yield
Acts as an advisor to subordinate staff members on complex technical problems
Job Qualifications:
MS or above in Optics, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
8 + years experiences in optical components or precision machinery multinational manufacturing, or other related industry work experience
Strong communication, organizational building and interpersonal skills, work well with other cross team
Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English skills
