职位要求--Job Description:
1. To design lighting electronic products according to technical specification within the given cost and time targets.
2. To define the testing requirements and specification of new products and support the implementation into the production.
3. To cooperate with project manager, handle the project according to Osram APQP design process.
4. To perform verification and validation of the design to ensure the desired product quality has been integrated in the design according to Osram internal guidelines.
5. Support the product approval process according to local standards.
6. Support the CAD department in construction of mechanical parts.
7. Maintain the product documentation using Osram database system.
8. Cooperate with purchasing department and Osram component center in order to maintain continuous cost improvement of the products.
Requirements:
1. Good skills in analogue power electronics design or switch mode power supplies.
2. Good knowledge of electronic components technology.
3. Intermediate knowledge of simulation software such as Pspice, Saber or Matlab.
4. Good MS Office skills.
5. Basic CAD skills.
6. Solid knowledge of the basics of the safety and performance standards
7. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (CET 4 or above).
8. At least 2 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.
9. At least bachelor (master preferred) in electronics or electrical related discipline and 2 years design experience in switch mode power supplies or a similar technical environment.
10. Intermediate PADS skill (optionally)
11. Plasma physics or LED knowledge (optionally)
