职位要求--Job description:
- Researching and development of new products according to the requirement
- Preparing the customer inquiries and quotation
- Preparing the related design document for the new designed products
- Preparing the new parts approval form according to the new design for related department.
- Measuring dimensions and testing the function parameters of the new parts and submit them to R&D assistant manager or department manager for final approval
- Conducting the new product sample making process and prepare the related documents for managers reviewing and approval
- Co-ordinate with the process engineers to prepare the related engineering document and setting up the testing fixtures for production use
- Co-ordinate with related parties to evaluate and analyze the new products and or defects happened in our production line
- Providing the technical supporting to the production line and other departments
- Handle the products safety test according to related standards.
Requirements:
- University graduate with electronic degree, good command of English(be able to read)
- At least two years or above related job experience in electronic assembly field.
- Electronic ballast and transformer manufacturing experience is preference
- Good teamwork spirit and good communication skill.
For this, it is necessary:
First step:
Familiar with the outside available testing laboratory and its equipment
Second step:
- Establish and use of following in-house measurement:
- Electromagnetic compatibility EMC measurements.
- Noise measurement.
- Performance measurements with luminous flux.
- Temperature measurements.
- Electronic engineer will have the opportunity of technical training in Germany.
