职位要求--Responsibility:
1. Manages financial and accounting staff within the department.
2. Staffs the department, assigns work, reviews performance and addresses performance issues. 3.Provides daily leadership, coaching, and development.
4. Responsible to set team goals and to communicate and monitor these goals to ensure targets are achieved.
5. Prepare and interpret monthly and quarterly financial statements for internal and external reporting purposes.
6. Responsible for managing site/regional/business unit reporting and integration of the units to ensure understanding of their financial reporting responsibilities.
7. Full understanding of legal versus measurement reporting and communication of these differences to the site/region/business unit.
8. Draft or provide input to the corporate accounting polices and ensure that the site/region/business unit understands and implements these policies.
9. Provide first line support to site/regional/business unit financial teams on complex reporting or accounting issues as they arise.
Requirement:
1. More than eight years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting Designation.
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial management.
3. Strong knowledge of global business environment and customers business.
4. Good understanding of integrated business applications.
5. Good negotiation and problem resolution skills.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
8. Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees.
