Roles and responsibilities 1. Assist with IT administrative and maintenance tasks on Microsoft Windows servers, Email system, WSUS, Norton Antivirus server, etc. 2. Assist with monitoring and system maintenance tasks on Cisco network equipment, VOIP systems and fiber, Ethernet and MPLS connection 3. Monitor IT systems availability, provide fault report and escalate problem appropriately; 4. End user support, providing first line support and maintenance to all users for desktop, laptops, copier/scan/fax machines, printers, phones and Mobile email issues; 5. Provide end user support over the phone with remote control software for desktop, email, MS office and other PC software issues 6. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent 7. Need to work in Night shift. Requirements: 1. At least five years hands-on technical supporting experience, preferably in multination corp. environment 2. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in desktop support, strong troubleshooting skill in Window XP, MS Office. 3. Familiar with Window active directory, exchange server and ISA 4. Knowledge of Windows policy and profile settings 5. Possess valid MCP, MCSA, MCSE certification is an advantage; 6. Self-initiated and customer focused, 7. Able to work in team and also independently 8.
