职位要求--Competencies:
1. Hold Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering or Applied Physics.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing innovative and sustaining new products in a global company.
3. Proficiency in at least one optical modeling tool, for example TracePro and Zemax.
4. Familiarity with light measurement and remote sensing.
5. A dynamic individual who can act as both project leader and technical engineer.
6. Excellent written English skills and comfortable working directly with US coworkers.
7. Self-starter, good judgment, and be able to lead projects with little instruction from day to day.
8. Knowledge of photometry, radiometry and colorimetry is a must.
9. Knowledge of test standards of luminaries like LM-79 is preferred.
10. Knowledge of uniform sources is a plus.
