The joint venture will import theWestinghouse lighting products and introduce Westinghouse global leadinglighting technology comprehensively, which aims to build an international LEDlighting enterprise integrated with research and development, production andsales, and becomes a leading provider of lighting system solutions by providingmore innovative products and better services. The company will have three majorbrands - \"Westinghouse\" , \"Romney \" – sharing different market position.
