职位要求--1 岗位职责 1.1 照明产品和管理系统的工作知识。 1.2 用一种灵活的方式向客户证明项目管理、项目工程和技术支持能力。 1.3 领导一个国际团队。 1.4 能够与项目团队中所有级别的人员相互合作，从客户端高级管理层到设计团队以及承 包商。 1.5 在不断变化的环境中拥有良好的实际问题解决能力。 1.6 能够满足有挑战的最后期限。 1.7 拥有较强的分析能力和对细节的关注。 1.8 拥有能够管理多个具有时间挑战的不同阶段施工项目的能力。 1.9 卓越的组织能力包括:优先级、计划安排、时间管理和团队协作能力。 1.10 拥有解释技术图纸的能力。 1.11 懂电脑。 1.12 为经销商和合作伙伴提供技术和应用培训。 1.13 掌控项目的状态,从开始到结束。 1.14 确保项目成本核算准确。 1.15 确保项目细节技术化和商业化的准确性。 1.16 确保项目的安排符合时间和预算限制。 1.17 向客户提供必要的文件来支持售后客户支持。 2 任职要求 2.1 高等教育背景以上,最好有科学或技术背景，照明行业项目管理2年以上经验。 2.2 拥有良好的项目管理能力和证明作为管理复杂项目的领导者。 2.3 证明有较强的领导力,有良好的协调能力和强烈的推动能力。 2.4 拥有良好的沟通技能。流利的中文和英文。 1 Targets 1.1 Leads integrated project teams to meet projects targets from creating project work plans, forming project team members, reporting results to management team, to delivering great results by applying our methodology and enforcing project standards 1.2 Identifies business development opportunities as they relate to a specific project 1.3 Suggests areas for improvement in project management and other processes in our organization along with possible solutions. 1.4 Leads task team to propose new product development and new projects. 1.5 Builds and maintain good internal and external network 1.6 Continuously improves project management competence and coaches others 2 Responsibilities and Tasks 2.1 Working knowledge of lighting products and management systems 2.2 Proven Project Management, Project Engineering and Technical Support skills with a flexible approach to customers 2.3 Leading an International Team 2.4 Ability to interact with all levels of a project team, from client senior management to design team to contractor 2.5 Good practical problem solving abilities within changing conditions 2.6 Ability to meet aggressive deadlines 2.7 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 2.8 The ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of construction with aggressive timelines 2.9 Excellent organizational skills including: prioritization, scheduling, time management, and team coordination 2.10 Ability to interpret technical drawings 2.11 Computer literate. 2.12 Provide technical and application training to distributors and partners 2.13 Progress the status of the project from start to finish 2.14 Ensure project job costing accuracy 2.15 Monitor project delivery performance and record the results 2.16 Ensure the accuracy of the project details both commercially and technically 2.17 Ensure the scheduling of the project is in line with time and budget constraints 2.18 Provide the customer with the necessary documentation to support after sales customer support 3 Skills and knowledge 3.1 At least High School level education, preferably with scientific or technical background. Lighting application knowledge will be a plus 3.2 Good project management competence and proven record as project leader of managing complex projects 3.3 Proven leadership, good coordination and strong facilitating skills 3.4 Good communication skills.
