职位要求--1 Responsibilities and Tasks 1.1 Drive waste out of all processes using Lean Methodology. 1.2 Supervises the drawing up of annual materials (raw materials, components) requirement plans and modifies by quarter and month to make sure that all needs can be met exactly. 1.3 Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards. 1.4 Responsible for staff adherence and improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles. 1.5 Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence. 1.6 Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs. 1.7 Supervises the controlling of safety stock and procurement quantity of raw materials and components to avoid capital tied-up by overstock or lack of materials. 1.8 Develop and update all operations procedure manuals. 1.9 Forecast facility capabilities and manage annual production operating budget. 1.10 Measure and upgrade standards for all job functions and procedures. 1.11 Responsible for the product quality control for the plant and report accordingly. 1.12 Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth. 1.13 Supervises and coordinates the introduction, trial run and incoming production of new equipment and new process needed by new productions; establishes technology and specialty to make sure that production and operation can be processed smoothly. 2 Skills and knowledge 2.1 Education: Bachelor’s Degree 2.2 Good command of English in both Verbal & Written communication (it\'s a MUST) 2.3 Experience as middle or senior supervisor in production, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance department in large and medium-sized enterprises of manufacturing; management experience in Western invested company is preferred. 2.4 Supervising and high volume plants and managing 200+ employee teams. 2.5 Applying comprehensive engineering, production/operations and project management principles and practices. 2.6 Requires knowledge of products application, manufacturing, production planning, cost down, training, supplier quality management, project promotion.
