职位要求--Responsibilities工作职责 1. Lead whole QA/QC team, manage the performance and improve the competency of whole Quality Team 带领整个QA/ QC小组，管理和提高整体素质，团队能力 2. Enhance current quality system with more complete documents/procedures, initiate and implement all necessary procedures to standardize all operating processes through whole operations 加强当前文件和程序的质量体系，启动和实施所有必要的程序来规范整个操作的所有操作流程 3. Lead the customer complaint handling process on behalf of Raypower, support Sales and Service departments for all quality related issues, ensure high level of customer satisfactions 领导代表威士玻尔处理所有与质量相关的问题和客户投诉处理流程，支持销售和服务部门，确保高水平的客户满意度 4. Ensure products produced by contract manufacturers fully meet company\'s expectations and requirements in quality, reliability and delivery 确保合同制造商生产的产品在质量，可靠性和交货等方面完全满足公司的期望和要求， 5. Make sure quality procedures and guidelines established at contract manufacturers are consistent with company\'s requirement and effective for an ongoing win-win company\'s business relationship 确保质量程序和准则，与合同制造商建立一个符合公司要求的持续的双赢的业务关系 6. Solve practical quality related problems and handle trouble shooting, simply and map the process based on current practices, and optimize these processes based on communicating with other departments 与其他部门沟通解决实际质量相关的问题和处理故障，根据现行做法，并优化这些流程 7. Weekly and monthly reporting to immediate supervisor about all IQC, IPQC, FQC and customer satisfactions quality performances, escalate it to higher level when it\'s necessary for final solution 每周和每月向上级汇报，报告关于所有IQC，IPQC，FQC和顾客满意的质量，将最终解决方案升级到更高的水平。 Personal Qualifications任职要求 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering related area 工程相关领域本科及以上学历 2. 6-year working experience in engineering or quality related functions in manufacturing operations, i.e. ME, IE, PE, QE or QA, at least 3-year solid experiences in quality management as manager or supervisor 在生产经营PE，QE或QA 等工程或质量相关的领域具有6年的工作经验，至少3年质量经理或主管 管理经验 3. Able to take action on data analysis instead of assumptions, can lead several projects and implement new processes or procedures in whole operations with strong execution 能够采取行动，而不是假设的数据分析，有较强的执行能力能够领导几个项目和实施新的流程或 整个程序 4. Experiences in ISO9001 and ISO14001 system is necessary 必须具有建立ISO9001和ISO14001体系的经验 5. Good communicator who listens well and makes decisions based on facts and data 良好的沟通以及做出基于事实和数据的决定 6. Proficient oral and written English 熟练的口头和书面英语
