职位要求--RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责 - As the coordinator between sales team, purchasing team and production team to work out the monthly and weekly plan in terms of production, material supply and shipment segments to realize a smooth production and make sure the sales orders can be fulfilled timely; 根据生产，材料供应和航运，协调销售、采购和生产部门，做出周计划和月计划，保证生产顺畅，确保准时出货 - Material receiving, storage, handling and issuing process to ensure material available to production & end-user with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc. Evaluate material status to foresee if any material shortage risk or excess via capacity plan in overall supply chain. 接收，存放，处理和分发物料，确保生产进度和最终用户的最后交期、数量、质量和成本等。通过整个供应链的产能计划，评估材料的现状，预见是否有任何材料短缺或过剩。 - Reconcile the Master Production Schedule to customer demand coverage to ensure there\'s no over and shortage in material procurement. 协调主生产计划与客户的需求，以确保在材料采购没有过度和不足 - Monitor the implementation of the weekly production plan, material supply plan and shipment plan to ensure the sales orders are produced and delivered in accordance with planned schedules; Assess production schedules, revise when necessary, and optimize to run quantities, minimize change over and achieve 100% on time delivery. 监控执行每周的生产计划，物资供应计划和发货计划，以确保销售订单按照计划的时间表生产和交付；评估生产计划，必要时进行调整，并优化运行数量，减少改变，并实现100 ％按时交货。 - Keep a close monitoring on the stock level of Finish Goods, make sure Finish Goods are kept on a appropriate stock level; optimize the inventory level of finished goods; 密切监控成品的库存进度，确保成品保持适当的库存水平，优化产成品的库存水平; - Provide assistance to the planner on building up the buffer stock to keep a necessary but minimized buffer stock; 协助统筹建立缓冲库存，以保持必要的但最小的缓冲库存 - Ensure the OTD > Standard requirements; 确保OTD 标准要求 - Team building. 团队建设 JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求 1. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS学历要求 Bachelor or above, major in logistics or related 本科以上，物流管理专业或相关专业 2. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS经验要求 6+ years of working experience on production planning and material control with 3 years of experience at managerial level; Possess in-depth knowledge of production planning, material planning, inventory projection and control; Supplier management 六年以上生产计划和物料控制工作经验，以及三年管理经验。深入了解生产计划，物料计划，库存预测和控制，供应商管理 3. TECHNICAL SKILLS技能要求 - Strong knowledge of SMT, & electronic assembly manufacturing processes. 有丰富的经验 SMT和电子组装制造工艺 - Cross-functional background in Engineering and Operations. 具有在工程和运营的跨职能的背景 - Possess excellent multi-project management skills. 具有良好的多项目管理能力。 - Strong skill planning. 良好的计划技巧 - Experience of ERP. 具有ERP系统的操作经验 4.
