职位描述：Optic Engineer
Mission:
-Lamp optical/photometry study, simulation and design.
-Validate new products in photometry.
-Be the expert to support production to analysis photometry issue if necessary
Responsibilities:
-Propose innovative and attractive optical technical solutions to make technical offer more competitive.
-Define and Validate Optical feasibility , applying VALEO quality procedures
-Utilize tools, SW and Methodology to study optical/photometry, to run simulation and to finalize the optics solutions to meet technical, cost and quality target both of customer and Valeo...
-Is responsible of lead-time and good realization of optical prototypes under his responsibility, and takes needed countermeasure if needed.
-Participate to continuous improvement inside the team for methodology or design method
-Coach production and quality people if necessary
Profile - Skills:
-Bachelor or master degree in Physics, optics
-Above 3 years experience in optical area, Be expert in photometry simulation and design.
-Good command of English (Read, written and Oral English)
