职位描述：Thermal Simulation Engineer
MISSION
Based on product development procedure, to apply CAE tool for component/product validation according to standard methodology, and give proposal to optimize component/product design.
Autonomous in meshing and CAE tool
MAINDUTIES
To prepare finite element models based on products and fulfill the corresponding meshing quality criteria.
To work with project team concerning component/product simulation validation according to corresponding specifications
To analyze calculation results and give proposal to optimize component/product design.
Ensure the component/product can meet the requirement of process feasibility and customer specification.
To research and formalize CAE method based on the simulation development process.
To conduct related physical test in order to correlate calculation and test
Ensure good application of N+1 requirement.
TRAINING AND PROFILE
Degree: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Work experience: Knowledge of CAD software or Product Design.
Experience in meshing activities, be familiar with at least one commercial meshing tool.
Experience in CAE activities, be familiar with at least one commercial CAE tool.Be familiar with thermal analysis, and familiar with software Fluent, etc.
Language: Beside native tongue, at least English. Additional foreign language will be a plus.
