主要工作职责：
1. MPM to manage the project portfolio funnel and actively drive portfolio realization projects worldwide for Lamp ,
Ballasts & Retrofit, Electronics, Modules and Luminaries with target to be reliable & in time for intended market
launch with defined specifications.
2. The Project Manager is fully responsible for the results of projects with the objective of
1) executing the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality)
2) contribute to the business success and ensuring satisfaction of the customer
3) ensuring professional stakeholder management
4) ensuring timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
3. Fully responsible for results of assigned projects of category Band /or multiple C projects of comparable total
complexity
任职要求和条件:
1. University degree in commercial and/ or technical studies or similar
2. >5 years experience in professional portfolio program management in SSL or similar electronics industry with
international scope
3. fluent in English and Chinese
4. <3 year experience of successfully managing and completing subprojects professional experience in functions (e.g.
R&D, Product Management, Marketing, SCM)
5. 1 year experience of successfully leading teams
6. International Exposure experience

基本月薪: 面议
