公司背景：世界知名照明企业，全球前两名之一，较早进入中国，在中国相关的专业市场有较高的占有率，深圳为其全球三大研发中心之一。
主要工作职责：
1.Lead and manage the 3 teams:
Technical support, incl. thermal and optical design
LED technology
Advanced Engineering
2.Ensure the design-in in the right quality/performance/cost ratio, meeting with product requirements
3.Follow up aligned with the product development
4.Technical support:
Thermal design – provide thermal solutions based on heat simulations
Optical design – secondary optics like reflector and lens design
5.Competitor LED testing and benchmarking:
LED qualification, incl. performance and reliability tests
LED failure analysis
Follow-up and report of new LED developments and technology trends
6.Advanced Engineering:
Provide technical solutions and technologies, which will be later implemented into product developments
Analyze and investigate new technologies for LED luminaries and LED light engines
Analyze and benchmark technical solutions of competitor products
7.This position will need to:
Communicate and cooperate with PL SSL product development, quality management and product marketing
Deal with LED manufacturers
8.For these reasons this position involves a middle degree of complexity
This position will communicate on a weekly 13410203362 basis with suppliers in China.
This position will communicate on a weekly basis with PL SSL product management.
This position will communicate on a daily basis with product development and QM
9.Managing the Advanced Engineering (ADE) team (10 R&D engineers planned)
