8.6.2 A device with accessible nonmetallic parts and openings in the enclosure shall withstand for 1
minute, without breakdown, the application of a test potential of 2500 V between live parts and metal foil
in contact with accessible nonmetallic parts. The test shall be performed while the device is hot from
normal operation.
外壳开孔怎么来定义的？如果外壳上开的是散热孔，那么测试电压还是2500V？测试方法跟外壳没开孔的方法一样？
